The real kick in the pants will be the people that are the haves turn into have nots. Rising insurance and property taxes going to make people sell their home when originally they could afford it. Next 10 years will either suck for you or you come out on top

I have 2, one a high end Oled and I don’t use their UI, I use an Apple TV. Always have. Tv UI’s are all terrible

I mean learning Spanish for the southwest would be super valueable, I took 2 years Spanish but they suck at teaching. I learned nothing tbh. I learned a little while working retail mostly
