Those random passwords are really hard to type correctly and even harder to pronounce. If you can pronounce it it, typing it suddenly becomes easier. How about using gibberish words you can pronounce and type. Sort of like goobaFodi3hesto/roli. Can’t find any of that in a dictionary, but you can actually type it when needed.

Some fines aren’t a fixed amount. Could also be a percentage of your annual income. There are ways around that as well, but at least it’s a step in the right direction.

No matter how many coders exist, you always need to pay attention to quality. If there are lots of coders out there, finding a few good ones shouldn’t be hard.
Inexperienced coders can still contribute even if they don’t write anything big. FOSS needs all kinds of contributions.
Their job is to enforce the law. That may or may not be associated with justice. No guarantees though.

If you can afford fancy lawyers, you can exploit loopholes in the legal system. It’s not ethical or right or fair, but money makes it technically legal.

Anyway, I’ve heard that mental illnesses and other psychological issues often lead to jail and only get worse in there. Modern societies are not at all prepared to handle these kinds of problems.
