Everytime I see this comic I wonder if it’s AI generated because it just doesn’t make much sense.
Early 2000s stuff could be a little dark/crazy.
This fits right in with Ren and Stimpy / Invader Zim vibes.

He clearly states that only children can stop forest fires. Not to victim blame, but the bear should have known better.
