Why do you think, they support Trump? It is clearly to remove US troops from Europe, so the Americans do not completely destroy their air defense and air force, like they did in Venezuela and Iran. With European ground forces, that would be a horrible war to fight.
As long as US troops are in Europe, that risk remains and they will have to leave, when you forbid them from resupplying.
Europe lets the US take over its neighbor Cuba and they don’t help Cuba. Did Europe really mean to support Ukraine?
