Work from home
Ah yes, a decision that’s completely within the control of employees, especially in the current job market in most countries. /s
Employers: RTO it is!
I’m very resentful about the RTO push after COVID “ended”. My job can’t be done remotely (skilled trades), but I still benefited due to the enormous reduction in traffic.
Instead of making up fake AI efficiency breaktroughs to justify layoffs, companies can now start saying they do it to save gas
The answer is to kill billionaires. Your little “recycle” and “conserve” habits are absolutely useless.
Fuck this shit of trying to push the onus onto the common person. A single megacorp does more environmental damage in a day than I’ll do in my whole life. So I’m not gonna drive slow, I’m not gonna use dumbass paper straws, and I’m not gonna spend 2 hours/week hand washing fast food plastics until they’re finally good enough for the recycling center. Not while they’re building fucking AI data centers across the street. Fuck right off.
…and try not to attack Iran, thank you.

Weird, when WFH became huge a few years ago we were arguing to have them paid more because were now taking advantage of this persons electricity, internet, and office space of the apartment or house at no additional cost. I agree we should all be paid more lol.
The more I think about it, the more I’m on the machines’ side in The Matrix.
My car uses just under 20% less fuel at 80km/h vs 100km/h.
