Unlike Paris, Warsaw and Berlin were told of the strikes before they happened, exposing differences in how Europe was looped in.

Just speculating. I remember that somehow they were involved in the Iraq war so it will be similar. But even if they don’t use planes, they use Ramstein to direct drones. It would be strange if there hadn’t been any involvement at all.
