While I hate to link Reddit as “proof”, I can see the same things they’re listing in that post. And all we have against that narrative is “he said he didn’t” I would take it back if there was a snopes about it.

The collar is a design that has a shock feature. Personally, I feel this is giving a youtube personality far more benefit of the doubt than he deserves.
