I really don’t get this massive uptick in the past month or two of posts across various communities that basically say nothing, but try to sound ‘deep’ or ‘profound’. The language is always overblown but the idea it expresses is trivial.

Is this platform being invaded by teenagers? the energy I get reminds me of teaching college freshman who think learning basic logic/argument skills is some sort of superpower that made them profound geniuses. Of course once you start to point out they had so much more to learn and were rank amateurs, they tended to get defensive.

Or it’s bots? Not that you can tell anymore.
