I checked the isbn, it’s brute orbits by George Zebrowski
That ISBN does match, but I’ve just… obtained… Brute Orbits and it doesn’t seem like what’s described in the picture. It’s about futuristic prisons and seems to have little or no cyberpunk elements.
Edit: Found it! It’s The Neon Divide: A Cyberpunk Saga
Its important to note, that while the ISBN matches Brute Orbits by George Zebrowski the description doesnt. A truly deep mystery, its almost like someone created a fake image and posted it on the interweb for laughs.
