As a guy i just wear athletic leggings under my shorts, all throughtout this winter i walked a mile home everyday and they indeed helped more then just having pants.

I broke a tooth eating at an Indian curry buffet. Shatered a tooth eating some lamb curry full of bones. Spit tooth pieces out for a moth as the breakage finished. I definitely swallowed some. Didnt taste like anything. So i figured thats normal, if not we would be constantly tasting our teeth.
