In what universe are these suck services any better than Twitter? She has accomplished nothing by moving away from Twitter while staying at these suck services.

Breezy feels more like KDE. It’s okay if you’re willing to spend a lifetime with confusing settings to make it useable.
And it doesn’t work well with some screen resolutions either. I’m stuck with a tablet-like UI on a phone with larger GUI settings. If you’re 20 years old with perfect eyes it’s probably not an issue. I created a ticket for it but I was met with a quite dismissive attitude and no fix.
WeatherMaster on the other hand looks better and it comes with sane defaults. It doesn’t have as much settings, but you really don’t need them sense the defaults is perfectly fine. It feels like this person knows something about good UX design.

My advice would be to not overthink things. Whatever you do, there’s always a way to undo and/or change it

I find it odd that technically knowledgeable people choose Facebook over other alternatives. Even if you don’t consider the ethical and privacy issues, Facebook is, technically speaking, completely useless.

Well. I’m honestly surprised that people even go beyond Facebook to be honest. :(

I can’t tell if you’re sarcastic or not. :P

Threadiverse? Is that a spelling mistake?

This is social media. Not forums.

Bring back crappy forums? Why just not continue using all the good forums that we never stopped using?

It seems that IVPN is getting a lot of new customers. I have never heard about them before though. Don’t take this as any sort of recommendation or anything.

Well. Why didn’t you say so then. :D

A few years ago? I had this on my Android phone almost two decades ago. :D
No worries!
Rice, ricing, ricer, etc. It’s common racist lingo that’s been used for decades.
It’s also a common term used (for customising your desktop) on Reddit. They literally borrowed the word due to it’s rasist meaning.
However. This is not Reddit, and it would be nice if we could keep it more civil here, which is why I’m bringing it up. :)

Understandable how?

I’m glad you have a better experience with them! :)
Here’s some reading (in Swedish) if you would like to read about it:
I didn’t have to look hard to find these. :/

Oh! You mean crypto currencies, not crypto. I was confused there for a bit. :D
Meta is running ads that promotes child sexual abuse material with actual kids is as low as it gets. It’s far worse than any AI slop.
