You’re wrong. It’s main purpose is legalized theft, so large companies can sell your work for profit… and take credit

This isn’t corruption. A few steps beyond it really…

What are you hosting jellyfin on? I find it crashes when scanning on my Synology

Do they provide the metadata services though? Pretty sure that’s still handled by imdb and such
Been looking at jelly fin. I have a lifetime with Plex but it feels like they’re headed for bankruptcy anyway.
And seems the same. Only problem is that the docker server keeps crashing on my Synology unfortunately
I see some people make similar comments in the gun community here in Australia. Everything they disagree with is considered controversial
These things are often in part military recruitment drives. There are plenty of airshows that don’t use fighter jets and don’t have military booths there (which I’m guessing is happening at that airshow).
My aerobatics instructor (who actually once had a mid air collision and still managed to land the plane by using thrust to pitch) used to fly at a lot of smaller shows where it was genuinely about planes and the pilots, and no hidden agenda
It doesn’t mean the pilots are there for the military, but it is a huge part of it imho. It’s cool to see military planes, but, they’re there so people go "wow, I want to join “air force”

The idea they would end up doing this to avoid parking fees
AI is literally just legalized theft of other people’s work. It won’t credit them to any capacity.
Also, whilst it is adding some productivity, it’s also being used by absolute idiots who have no idea what they’re doing spreading bad info and causing other people more work.
Every idiot is typing everything into chatgpt, getting a bad answer which is obvious to anyone half trained and then promoting it like it’s correct just because AI said it

I bought a rog ally x and it plays all the games I need.
I only play sh**ty games that don’t need much CPU anyway
And steam frame I’ll buy too

I actually posted a Reddit a few years ago.
But, I deleted my account and posts a while back too

Last time I was there, the yanks I was with saw a cockroach outside and freaked out by how big it was.
Here in Australia we call those small.
Also, it’s Denver, so I’m guessing safer than most states

I have to go for work. Wish me luck…

Who would think that a company whose site is basically a safe haven for racists and trolls at this point with no moderation would push away your average person and need to dump staff
Here in Australia, you can barely even comment on anything anymore without some tryhard being racist or abusing the government. Even worse, lots of people with criminal incitement that gets ignored
Literally saw a photo of cane toads. Some wanker commented “that’s Albo penny Wong and dan andrews”. There was no reason to be political at all
It’s just no longer fun on there. And there is no way to block all posts by people you don’t know by default from your wall

Yep, from my perspective as an Australian, he might be making the world more racist, but on the plus side, the AUD is climbing against USD and we’re making major trade deals with China and Europe

Even worse, one of the videos they made a huge deal about was doctored to make it look like Biden was crazy, by cutting out some of it.
Whereas, Trump is openly crazy, and we’re literally waking up every morning to something weird he’s done
Except the ones that submit AI slop patches to projects without even understanding it or being upfront about it

And even more videos when they’re shut a lot longer.
And at least sentence him for tax fraud. Whilst he’s in jail they can handle the Epstein files too

How many are bots?
Its like facebook. Engagement is up, audience is increased, but, its likely by a small number of people. I started noticing that in the Aussie subs, that every week, near the weekend (right before night), there were obvious lobbyist posts, which suddenly shot up (stuff like pro guns, pro- one nation etc). At this point, our local racism party was clearly doing heavy lobbying on the platform (despite losing 30 years of elections, based on reddit, you’d think they were #1).
Like facebook, a lot of people are switching off now, and trying to find alternatives.
Moderation has also gotten really bad recently. I had an account for 14+ years, never got banned. Made a new account, and within a few months, I got a temp ban for apparently being racist (despite the fact, I spent a lot of time arguing AGAINST racism).
On facebook in fact, on the heatpump posts, I actually noticed 1 or 2 names pop up on almost all the adverts saying they were an engineer, and that heatpumps don’t work, etc (with bad info). Reddit allows infinite accounts, and no doubt, it is not much better there

Sailfish is also a great option too
Or is it similar to covid, where Trump simply stopped counting properly? And nobody bothers reporting anymore because Trump will release them anyway
Yeah. You mean subbing to bankruptcy 😂
