I think from a political perspective its a good choice. It conveys that it’s a european software fitting right into the EU becoming less dependent on foreign software.

Good that they fixed it. I consider containerizing applications less an option for security and rather an option for ease of deployment. Security should be achieved by other means (running under a different user, selinux, etc)

Peer to peer matrix might also be interesting to check out architecturally
