    I get it. Not everyone is self disciplined. I worked at one engineering place and a guy would watch movies on his propped up phone while working, till the manager was like WTF dude. It was a job where you needes full concentrarion on the system and there is no way you could get your work done and watch a movie…which was reflected in how long everything took him.

      Hey Sven, We are not all you. I do the monthly work of a whole team building extremely complex platforms on a busy friday night, but I can only concentrate on the task with some media playing. Perferably a movie I have already seen at a low volume, close to my peripherals.

      tl-dr: Don’t push your style of working onto everyone, and don’t assume those who work differently than you do are wrong.

        The issue is he was watching the movie and not doing any computer work. Some people aren’t disciplined in how to manage their time and distractions. Which screws all of the profit sharing for others
