    I think it would be more accurate to declare a minority of people enjoyed a relatively stable time for a few decades; and others paid a very high cost for that progress.

    I normallly do not like to comment or interact with articles that don’t have any initial discourse but I will admit this article is exactly the kind of things I like. The way it compares the first iraq war with the second and how its just keeps on falling. I remember people being upset because time had considered putting him up as man of the year in 2001 but they backed down. He really is the man of the millenium though as 9/11 really was a pivot point. I mean I get we were going in that direction and it just gave a perfect excuse. Its kinda funny that the first gulf war is like the height of international law and order. The matrix apparently was spot on with 1999
