    I fucking hate this world, i hate the culture that allowed this, i hate the cultural that turned a blind eye to this, i hate the profit out of the flesh of our dead children, i hate that i need to explain myself about my land being stolen and my existence being threatened, i hate the propaganda that allowed humans to dehumanize us, i hate imperialism, i hate occupation, i hate that we don’t hate them equally, i hate that we were naive when they came and i hate that we gave them shelter, i hate that I am not allowed to see my village anymore, i hate when people ignorantly say “its a conflict area” or “i don’t stand with any side” I hate the fact that i cant do anything to end this.

    Fuck you if you watched this genocide and stayed silent or tried to rationalize it.

    To the men in the tunnels, i salute you. To our dead children, please forgive us.

      I grew up hearing that the middle east was a tinderbox of conflict due to bloodthirsty war hungry Muslim Arabs. These uncivilised swine are incapable of governing themselves, look at them! I now realise the brainwashing and manufacturing of consent regarding Arab Muslims that has been fed to me all my life, ramped up to the extreme following September 11 2001.

      When I got older and wiser I realised that none of what I’d heard of the area added up. I learned how the Europeans, the British and the French drew lines in the sand to facilitate resource extraction, betraying the Arabs who fought bravely against the Ottoman’s rule. These lines were also drawn in such a way as to place warring tribes in the same areas so none gets strong enough to challenge colonial rule. Divide and conquer.

      Britain along with the Zionists were happy to import European Jews into Palestine for the same reason. Since Israel was brought into existence in 1948 as an official settler colony state, they have been at the heart of every single conflict in the area. The mess in the middle east is entirely the fault of the colonial European powers, Israel and latterly the USA.

      What has happened to and is happening to Palestine is a stain on the soul of humanity. Those in power in the USA and the EU have the power to stop this but don’t share Israel’s guilt for the genocide. I have seen enough pictures of burnt, shot and mutilated children to last a lifetime. Fuck Israel, death to the IDF and free Palestine.

    So they’re demanding that Israel surrender?

    The biggest thing blocking peace is making non-serious demands. Israel lost the propaganda war, but won the ground war. Continuing to be in this alternate reality where you believe Israel has lost because the internet is telling you so is not going to lead to any kind of peace agreement.

    The UN being non-serious about this means there will just be a continuation of a war in which 98% of the casualties are Palestinian. But it’s starting to feel like everyone in the anti-Israel hate group wants this war to go on forever despite the fact it’s mostly Palestinians dying. It’s sickening that Palestinians lives are being as canon fodder in a war they obviously aren’t ever going to win for the sake of producing more content for internet hate groups.

    Obviously there needs to be a serious peace plan, but that’s not going to come from the UN if they’re committed to being non-serious about this. And it’s definitely not going to come from the US because it’s a non-serious (but dangerous) country now. Maybe the EU could step up, but they have other problems.

    So Palestinians are stuck between Iran which is using them as canon fodder against Israel which obviously has way more military capability. Then there’s a whole bunch of idiots (including in the UN) just throwing out some “hot takes” that accomplish nothing.
