The other day I saw a guy struggle for 2+ mins trying to scan his membership card on his phone to activate a gas pump. Meanwhile cars were lining up behind him, he was super flustered and eventually he had to pull around to the back of the line to try again. Around me (Northeast Pennsylvania), I’d say only 70ish % of gas pumps have tap to pay. I am both too young and too old to be bothered to go into the store to pay for gas.
