Oh yeah, I meant the most hyped headset of the time if I’m being accurate. In terms of longevity I bought one of their other headsets, it developed a fault after about 18 months (within warranty) and since it was discontinued they sent me an 800X replacement. It was great for gaming audio and stellar surround audio – felt I was cheating with hearing footsteps so well in MMOFPS – but the headset lasted 9 months before dying. After that I got SteelSeries for the convenience, and well I still own them and just need to source 3D printed earcup hinge pieces because the plastic broke. Otherwise they’re perfectly fine. Also bought new batteries
Nothing made by “Turtle Beach” is the best of the best. Even their best stuff is barely good/great.
