I just had a former client reach out to me 4 weeks ago about a potential direct-hire job opportunity but I didn’t see it until last last week. When I replied back their response was, “yeah you don’t want this now. Things are not good around here.” IT’S THEIR BRANCH THEY ARE HIRING FOR! Think about that, they just said, effectively, ‘don’t come work for me, it isn’t worth it’
No. An honest assessment about just how bad it is if you’re troops are already THAT cynical before they even leave garrison and aren’t trying to hide it. I doubt it’s true though.
