Universal Basic Income is a proposed government scheme to give all citizens equal income.

This is direct cash transfers targeted to the poorest people in the world. Transferring cash from people who might earn over €10 an hour to people who earn less than one a day. It’s an alternative to in-kind charity models (e.g. an NGO building wells or distributing vaccines or food)

I would like if possible to avoid giving it to an organisation trying to help poor people, and instead give it to poor people.
