    Fox News has said the same thing about themselves in court. It really shouldn’t hold up as a defense anymore.

      Since Fox News admitted they aren’t a real news organization they should be compelled to put a disclaimer at the start of every show disclaiming that they are “a satire-baaed publication that is for entertainment purposes only.”

      Did they really claim that they are for entertainment only when they got accused of doing propaganda?

      In before Trumps tries to claim he raped children for entertainment only.

        I believe their defense was that no reasonable person would believe what they say, which is… definitely something.
